Sycamore Hill Advisors was formed by Steve Wilson, a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with SVN | Imperial Realty and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), to help owners navigate the intersection of commercial real estate and business transition planning.
Before entering commercial real estate, Steve spent 14 years as a partner in a small business. Along the way, he and his partners made good decisions, made mistakes, and learned plenty of lessons the hard way. Those experiences gave him a deep appreciation for the challenges business owners face, the importance of planning before major decisions need to be made, and what it means to build something of value over time.
Today, Steve uses those experiences, combined with his background in commercial real estate and exit planning, to help business owners and commercial property investors navigate major transitions with greater clarity and confidence.
